How to Locate Videos for Your Research Topic:

  • Scroll down on the homepage to browse by subject

  • Click on Menu and select Browse Videos to go to a list of subject areas for videos or Browse Producer to see a list of video producers.

  • Search with keywords using the Basic Search located on the top of the page:basic search box
  • Click on the Advanced Search link located under the Basic Search box and use the advanced search features.  These features will allow you to search for videos by subject, title, keyword, producers, formats, and a variety of filters.  You can even limit your search to only videos with closed captioning and interactive transcripts.Advanced Search

More than 500 homeless veterans have found hope thanks to the Veterans Affairs Supportive Housing program, or VASH. Watch the story of one veteran who has a new start. The rental assistance program needs more landlords. If you’re interested, call 858-694-4808.

In her emotional and compelling talk, Claudia shares her own story dealing with food insecurity as a child and how that pushes her to help create programs that provide free food for college students. She asks the audience to help create a change in culture with regards to how we view food insecurity and demands that college campuses start providing access to free food for their students now. Claudia Estrada-Howell is a career counselor at San Diego Mesa College where she collaborates with other administrators to help create programs that provide free food for students on campus.
