2024 Theme: “Pioneers of Change: Shaping the Future Together”

Hispanic/Latino Heritage Month occurs annually from September 15th to October 15th, and this year’s theme, according to the National Archives, is “Pioneers of Change: Shaping the Future Together.” 

2023 THEME: Driving Prosperity, Power and Progress in America

This year’s theme is Building Prosperous and Healthy Communities. Latinos have helped chart America’s course since our start — as doctors and engineers; artists and entrepreneurs; and leaders in science, business, labor, government, and military and across grassroots movements.  Their faith and drive have pushed our country to grow, prosper, and pursue its highest ideals. Washington, D.C., April 15, 2022— The National Council of Hispanic Employment Program Managers (NCHEPM), announced the 2022 Hispanic Heritage Month observance theme: “Unidos: Inclusivity for a Stronger Nation” The theme invites us to celebrate Hispanic Heritage and to reflect on how great our tomorrow can be if we hold onto our resilience and hope. It encourages us to reflect on all of the contributions Hispanics have made in the past and will continue to make in the future. It is also a reminder that we are stronger together. Read more

This year’s theme is “Hispanics: Be Proud of Your Past, Embrace the Future.” The theme invites Hispanics to embrace their backgrounds and to be proud of their heritage. It encourages members of the Hispanic community to educate others about their cultures and the multitude of contributions this group has and continues to make to our country.
